Well what can I say, the most professional, nicest people i have ever had the pleasure to deal with, i had a new boiler fittted on 30th April, and the following week, 07th May..my daughter was due to have a home birth, but there were teething problems when it came to filling up the birthing pool, I called Jason and also the head office and Connor (i was desperate, as she was in labour) so called and emailed everyone.
I called about 3pm, when thankfully my knight in shining armour, Jason, turned up about 5pm and rectified the issue.
My Grandson, was born in the heated Birthing pool at 3am on 08th May.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company for all plumbing and boiler problems. and will certainly call them for all my future issues and have recommended them to family and friends.
The cost of the boiler was also very reasonable, much cheaper than I envisaged.

Jason and Mick fitted a combi boiler with no trouble at all.
On time, clean tidy very respectful and explained what they were doing. To be honest service at its best.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and no doubt will use their services in the future.

Rang these Guys after toilet kept leaking and having so called plumbers that really didn’t have a clue .But these guys stopped our leak the same day we rang them.Really nice guys that explained what they did and said anymore problems to get in touch.Thank you so much for at last stopping the toilet leaking.Great price also and not being ripped off is a great bonus. How refreshing that you find a company that does what they say they will, Pro-tect installed a new boiler for us about three years ago we’ve never seen a tidier job. They have done our service every year since, they turn up on time, are trustworthy polite and professional.

Lovely friendly service by the 2 gentlemen that turned up and within the time limit they said they would.
Not only gave my boiler a good service i also had them looking at another 2 problems i had and they gave good advice.

Had heating controller upgrade to a Hive due to problems with existing didn’t hesitate to contact Mick from Pro-Tect as used before. Would highly recommend Mick is professional helpful and friendly (ask our boxer Maggie who followed him around as he’d made a fuss of her when he came in) Mick helped me download the app and spent time showing me how to set up the Hive.
