PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Pro-Tect Heating & Plumbing Ltd, we value ourselves on giving reliable and efficient services to all of our customers. In return, we expect prompt payment for this service. If you are issued an invoice the payment term will be net 7, which means the payment of the total balance is due to be paid on the 7th day of the invoice being received. The payment date is clearly stated on the invoice received to avoid confusion.

Payment methods

Payment methods accepted are cash, bank transfer and cheques.

Bank Transfer details: Sort Code 40-41-68 Account Number 70032018. Please make cheques payable to Pro-Tect Heating & Plumbing Ltd.

Deposits

At times we may request a deposit to be paid before the work commences. This is in order to order materials and appliances in advance so we can attend all jobs as planned.

All deposits will be deducted on the final invoice or job report to show the accurate total balance required to pay.

Price Changes

 

Pro-Tect Heating & Plumbing Ltd pride ourselves on giving accurate quotations, however, on some occasions situations may change where a price increase will have to be made.

 

Customers will be notified of any price changes as soon as it arises. This may be due to a situation changing where additional materials, time or labour are required.

Incorrect Payments

If any payment is in discrepancy or made incorrectly the quotation or estimate document will be referred to. Payments will be charged as per the accepted quotation price by the customer. 

A customer will be given 2 days grace period and then the late payment policy will be followed if payment has not been received.

Late Payments

If any invoiced amount is not received by the company, by the mentioned due date, then without limiting the company’s rights, the following will be applicable:

Those charges may accrue late interest @ 2% of the outstanding balance per week, or the maximum rate permitted by the law, whichever is lower.

We may condition future contract renewals/service renewals or suspend our services to you until such amount is paid in full.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
